Our broad range of services assist clients in better understanding related building costs while providing valuable insight into life-cycle expenses, operating costs and product durability.
We specialize in design-build-lease, site selection, acquisition services, real estate financing, and we offer professional property management services. Our services include: turnkey projects, national site searches, site and/or building acquisition, negotiation of economic incentive packages, and the identification of financing sources.
We assist our clients in determining whether leasing or buying a new facility is the best option. With leasing, we assist in all aspects of project development including programming, design, site selection, construction, and providing an analysis of varied leasing and buyout options. For non-lease projects, we assist clients in pursuing various financial sources and in developing financial packages for submission to prospective lenders. Other services include interim and bridge financing as well as permanent financing. In some cases we perform the duties of a developer, while not retaining ownership, and work on a consulting basis.

Steve has been with VIP for over 11 years, starting out as a general staff accountant and then becoming Accounting Manager for Real Estate Activities in 2013. He works closely with the property management and development groups in development and monitoring of property budgets and actual results, maintaining property and tenant accounts, preparing monthly tenant invoicing and collections along with the accounting for new development projects. Steve is also responsible for the financial reporting for all of our real estate ventures and audits of our two largest properties – Pike Block and the O’Neill Building.
